Eden Lassie Wedding Venue

Ideally situated in the Tala Valley, Eden Lassie is just 70 km from Durban and a mere 27 km from Pietermaritzburg.

The Venue sits proudly in park-like gardens, offering panoramic views of the magnificent farming area of the Tala Valley. Our veranda overlooks a lake full of magnificent blue waterlilies and the gardens attract many varieties of birds. The perfectly manicured gardens have been established and lovingly maintained for over 40 years, creating the perfect back drop to your photographs.

Although we specialise in weddings, we are available for conferencing and other functions too.

Eden Lassie is situated on a working beef ranch and plant nursery. The farmland allows for the perfect back drop for country style wedding photographs, including rustic farm buildings, so there is no need to go further afield for your photographs!

Our Chapel is situated next to a water feature which runs into the lake, creating a picturesque and tranquil setting. One side of the chapel has open arches with views of the gardens, creating the perfect garden wedding ambience.

Both Eden Lassie’s main hall and chapel can seat up to 200 guests. Extra guests can be seated on the veranda and can still be part of the main wedding through the French doors.
