Please ensure you read your products description fully as some items may differer based on availability.
PRETTY CREATIONS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for orders that are placed urgently without arranging before hand – NO REFUNDS WILL be issued due to clients not reading terms and conditions and accepting the terms and conditions.
URGENT ORDER must be arranged before hand via email info@prettycreations.co.za. (Please note lead time does not include public holidays – and these are 14 working days).
PLEASE NOTE: Lead time is 14 days. Please allow additional 2 – 4 days for courier but can at times take up to 5 days especially if delivering in an outlying area.
PLEASE NOTE: Once the order leaves our premises, we cannot be held liable for orders that arrive late DUE to clients not being home or taking calls from couriers – we do not send out courier details – if you require these details, you are welcome to request them upon which we can send them.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee delays with couriers, we suggest ordering sooner than later, if a courier has any delays we cannot be held responsible and it will be the clients responsibility to follow up with the courier should the parcel be running late – however we do our best to try and ensure the parcels are sent off earlier to avoid this.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
ALL ORDERS ARE MADE ON ORDER, We DO NOT carry stock, once a order is placed clients need to ensure they supply us with the correct sizes, colours and details as per the requirements on the store. We DO NOT accept exchanges due to printing on order, and we do NOT issue refunds. If our team has made a mistake on your order, we have no problem fixing this, however clients have 7 days after receiving their order to let us know in order to ensure a replacement is sent. After this period, we will no longer be liable, please ensure you check your order when receiving this.
Should a client place an order and not notice the lead time, and then request a refund as they did not read our terms, we will be charging a 10% admin fee should we refund, however if the items have been ordered by and paid for to suppliers, then we will not be issuing any refunds, as we do clearly state the lead time in our terms and conditions which clients need to tick before checking out of the store.
Should you place an urgent order without notifying us, and then email requesting the order is done urgently without our notice, we will then charge clients an additional R150.00 for the urgent order to be processed.
PRINTED STATIONARY / WEDDING INVITATIONS:
Once you have confirmed your order, we will supply you with a copy of the artwork via email – only once you have approved this will we go to print. Nothing goes to print stationary wise without the client’s approval.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We DO NOT offer any refunds or exchanges on ANY PRODUCTS . We print the orders as they come in and do not carry stock of printed orders. So should you place an order with us, please ensure you have selected the correct size and colours etc. Should there be special circumstances granted by us, refunds will take 14 days.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Please ensure you READ THE PRODUCT descriptions – designs may vary, sizes may vary.
SATIN ROBES – Please select sizing carefully as they robes are a smaller make and we suggest upsizing.
SLIPPERS – We only offer novelty spa slippers which are one size fits all – no kiddy slippers available
T-SHIRTS – Men sizes are standards shirt sizes, ladies are tighter fitting but general standard sizes. SOME SHIRT designs may differ based on the availability.
Eg. Ladies white might be different than ladies black, as certain shops have different designs. We cannot always guarantee exact shirt designs. PLEASE NOTE IF round necks are not available then a v-neck will be supplied without notice, should you specifically require round necks, please contact us before placing an order.
BRIEFS – Briefs are standard sized briefs
SOCKS – Please note their may be a slight change in colour where we have printed due to the type of material that are used for the socks. As these are novelty socks, they are based on the standard ankle and may stretch if on bigger ankles – causing the print to stretch – please keep this in mind.
NON WOVEN TOTE BAGS – Our non woven tote bags are similar to shopper bags, and are not made of cotton.
MAKE UP BAGS – Designs may vary based on availability.
PJ SETS – Are smaller makes, please do ensure you upsize.
CUSTOM GOWN ORDERS – Lead time may take up to 3 weeks, please arrange if you need this before hand.
KIDDY PACKS – Bags and fillings will vary from images based on the goodies we get for the kiddy bags.
SHOULD YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVE WITH A LABEL CUT OUT – PLEASE NOTE this is due to us making use of suppliers that do have their branding on some products, we have chosen to keep our suppliers private, so will remove labels as needed.
SHOT GLASSES – We make use of vinyl clear labels and we do not print directly on the glasses.
HANGERS – WE do not print on the hangers, we make use of sticker vinyl – which can be removed after use.
