Our services are not based on selling as much as we can for as quick as we can, we are focused on ensuring that our clients are smiling from ear to ear on the day they receive their orders.

With this in mind, there are a few things we do need our clients to understand before ordering to ensure there is no miscommunication or misunderstandings.

1. We only work via email when it comes to placing an order – we also only work on email with discussing orders, sadly we no longer work via whatsapp and we do not take calls – This way all communication is kept in writing which will protect both the clients and ourselves.

2. Our lead time for processing of orders is 2 weeks and for courier, please allow 2 – 4 days. HOWEVER we do welcome URGENT orders only once they have been discussed with us via email, and we put in writing that we will be able to deliver, so please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange your urgent orders are done in time by emailing info@prettycreations.co.za

3. Please take EXTRA NOTE: We are in no way LIABLE for couriers that have delays, which is why we strongly advise that clients order with sufficient amount of time. We are also NOT LIABLE for orders being late due to clients NOT answering their calls or not being available when the courier delivers. If it comes to the parcel being sent back to us, due to clients not answering calls after the courier has called a few times, you will be charged and extra fee to have the parcel resent, so please ensure you use a number that is available to take calls and give us an address where someone will be available during the day. The Courier delivers week days in Business Hours only.

Outlying areas, may be delayed by a day or two, please keep this in mind if you are not in a city centre.

4. ALL ORDERS ARE MADE ON ORDER, We DO NOT carry stock, once a order is placed clients need to ensure they supply us with the correct sizes, colours and details as per the requirements on the store. We DO NOT accept exchanges due to printing on order, and we do NOT issue refunds. If our team has made a mistake on your order, we have no problem fixing this, however clients have 7 days after receiving their order to let us know in order to ensure a replacement is sent.  After this period, we will no longer be liable, please ensure you check your order when receiving this.

5. Should a client place an order and not notice the lead time, and then request a refund as they did not read our terms, we will be charging a 10% admin fee should we refund, however if the items have been ordered by and paid for to suppliers, then we will not be issuing any refunds, as we do clearly state the lead time in our terms and conditions which clients need to tick before checking out of the store.

6. Should you place an urgent order without notifying us, and then email requesting the order is done urgently without our notice, we will then charge clients an additional R150.00 for the urgent order to be processed.


Clients are welcome to customize their orders by adding names instead of titles, we are more than open to assisting with setting up different designs, at the end of the day your business is important to us, and your happiness is our goal.
