Artwork for invitations will be sent to the client before going to print. Once we receive the approval to go to print, no changes or cancellations can be done.
No Refunds on invitations.
Invitations are supplied in A5 size – unless a other size has been requested.
(We do not supply envelopes with the invitations)
We use a 240gsm cardboard material
For posters – This is supplied on cardboard and we do not supply easels.
Slippers are one size fits all spa novelty slippers (Generally fit around size 5-8) PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS ON SLIPPERS.
NO REFUNDS ON BRIEFS – Please be specific about your size when placing an order.
NO REFUNDS ON SOCKS – Socks are available in Black and Navy (Brown on request) – One size fit all.
For Children socks – please specify.
NO REUNDS ON SATIN ROBES
Robes are available in one size fits all OR you can stipulate your sizes and the gowns will be made according to the sizes.
Shirts are unisex sizes – however can be done according to men and woman’s sizes if specified.
Please note: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE OFFER ANY REFUNDS FOR CUSOM PRODUCTS.
Please make 100% sure you are happy with your sizes and ask any questions you need to ensure that everything is understood.
We work strictly via email and do not take calls or call clients, to protect both our sides and the client’s side we keep everything in writing.
Full payment is to be made up front for any orders.
We make use or Aramex couriers – once the parcel is handed over to the courier, you may request the tracking number and we are not liable for delays on the courier’s side.
General lead time is approx. 2 weeks – Urgent orders may be discussed and we will assist where we can.
