We like to keep things simple and straight to the point, so we have compiled a short list of terms.

 

PRINTED STATIONARY / WEDDING INVITATIONS:

Once you have confirmed your order, we will supply you with a copy of the artwork via email – only once you have approved this will we go to print. Nothing goes to print stationary wise without the client’s approval.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We DO NOT offer any refunds or exchanges on any printed orders – customized or standard. We print the orders as they come in and do not carry stock of printed orders. So should you place an order with us, please ensure you have selected the correct size and colours etc.

 

Please note: Slippers are ONE SIZE Fits all – we make use of spa novelty slippers which generally fit from a size 5 to 8 – No refunds on slippers so please keep this in mind when ordering.
 

Socks – One size fit all for adults.

 

LEAD TIME

Our orders can take up to 10 working days to be dispatched – please allow an additional 2 – 3 days for the courier service.

 

COURIER

We make use of a courier service – Once the orders leave our premises, we are not responsible for any delays with the couriers – so it is ideal to ensure you place your order is a timely manner. Generally the courier takes 2 – 3 days – but can at times take up to 5 days especially if delivering in an outlying area.

 

URGENT ORDERS

If you require urgent orders to be done, you will need to place the order with us manually and there may be additional rush fee’s – however this will be discussed with you before the order is  confirmed.
